Marthia is the CEO of Kabod Development Group since its establishment in 2010. She started her career in the financial services industry with experience in project office management and administration; methodology development and implementation; statutory process management and co-ordination; process engineering and analysis; and operational management.
“In 2004 I decided to make a career change and joined the property development and construction management industry and so gained experience in large scale infrastructure, commercial and property development projects as a consulting programme, project and development manager for the next 6 years”.
This combined experience in the financial services and property development industries honed her skills in integrating strategic business and organisational objectives by managing large multi-disciplinary teams, successfully taking projects from concept to implementation, understanding the bigger picture, with the ability to oversee projects at a process and procedural level.
