Past Projects

Kabod Development Group has successfully seen a number of projects to their completion since the company’s inception in 2010. These projects include the development rights for an active adult lifestyle retirement development right next to Zimbali; the master planning of a development site opposite the George Airport; the development rights for the remaining portion of 34ha farm land from which the prestigious Pearl Valley Golf and Country Estate was developed; and the development of a master plan for the re-development of the historic 1200ha farm, Rooshoek in Wellington.
